    no its gotta be the pipeline being pushed back to 2015..buts ist already factored in to the sp..and OSH looking for other avenues for growth..hence the oil exploration in the middle east..and also chasing gas sales in China..I'm sure this is a temporary thing..OSH always bounces back...
