Thas pretty much how I read it.
The news on the resurce was about as good as you could reasonably have expected at this point.
The problem is that the hole is stuffed, so the had to give up on it and move on.
The only 'problem' is that the final results will be months away ( longer? ). Thats a problem for speculators, but for long term holders...It's a buying opportunity.
