It is a little simpler than that IMO.
If last nights highs are taken out then expect a humungous up move I suspect.
The five higher lows suggest that the basing is done.
If the last low is taken out then you must be short, if the last high is taken out then you must be long and either set up should be very profitable, not just a continuation of sideways action.
