To add to what jamber wrote, WAM has trading volume, not today, but generally. This is attractive to retail.
Further, Wilson's reputation remains solid despite flat performance. This can/will change based on performance. Do not underestimate the POWER of their dividend cover, over two years I believe.
Concerning fair value, I use NTA: between $1.20.46 and $1.21.76.
Based on recent underperformance, diminishing their high reputation, I wait for the chasm between NTA and sp to come closer.

PS It is somewhat "baffling," perhaps another reason is LICs are not a "traders'" stock.
