You're right on that point too @Flognoggle. As long as they dont screw the balance sheet. It really cheeses me off when they wreck a good balance sheet with huge debt, when some silly consultant says the balance sheet "is lazy" and management see a nice easy route to get in the money with options.
I'm not suggesting the existing team is doing this, however seen it time again with other co's. The temptation is there.
Im ok with productive debt being taken on to grow the company.
