If you buy a business and worry that it is going down and become suspicious of someone know something you dont, then you probably not equip to invest in the stock market.
if you understand the business and know what you are buying, price move up or down rarely matter
and you don't lose sleep over it.
Get a book called the intelligent investor and learn the concept of Mr Market and Margin of Safety
Chapter 8 and chapter 20 if I remember it correctly.
