The director who has been selling is selling from an entity (SMSF) which holds a huge chunk of share..I think its about 1.8m units.
So he is really just pruning back rather than offloading.
This would only become a cause for concern if he upped the anty and started dumping big proportions, or if other directors started doing so.
For now, it is no concern.
