Look at the charts and run some TA and that will help to answer your question. Then combine that with the current FA of the company and you'll see why this is currently unable to push through 10c. Price is pushing down and looks likely to close the gap at 6.3c that I've mentioned previously. 20EMA crossing below 200EMA on the daily also which confirms price is likely to continue declining.
