Hi guys, thinking of buying some DXS, i know its gonna take over commonwealth property CPA soon, so that should boost its EPS over time.
Why is DXS falling recently, was 1.04 now 99c.
Book value 1.05, great assets, got a mix of office, retail and industrial in 3 major states.

is it because CBRE recently sold a part of its large stake in dxs?
anyone got any thoughts on DXS? worth buying for a good yield and potential capital gains?
