I don't think that it calls for panic.
I am long gold and this stock was my choice to express the view.
I always hold a healthy level of doubt about management. These guys are not terrible and in operational respects they are excellent.
I am not so sure about their miss placed self belief around "corporate strategy" or consistency in the basics of governance, e.g. continuous disclosure of material information etc.
