Can anyone explain the retraction in price. Is it because Chi-X is about to start. Do they have a superior platform from which to trade from. How are the linkages going to work between the existing platform and the Chi-X platform. Surely IRE has the superior position as they are already in the market place. Is there a simple explanation?
