Thanks lads for the debate, valid comments, but still doesn't answer my question. Why the run?

Yes it's at the bottom but why the sudden appreciation?! What's going on? Something has to be driving it whether it's up or down.

Not asking for advice in any way, but trying to understand what I'm missing.... Nothing's changed so do we have a leaky ship??
