Yet the public are told by the government that they aren’t aware why the lost the case initial receive a formal response.

Does a Judge have the powers to dictate the government without submitting any reasons.

If there was no reasons given by the Judge, u would think the government would’ve held them in custody until receiving the formal submission by the Judge.

gosh ------------- no idea really. Just a court finding that detaining them is unconstitutional - that's not reason enough to release them

we should maybe just sit back another 10 years and think about it

bugger this law and order stuff - it doesn't suit us today
