It MAY have something to do with the ann. re pending class legal action. I notice that someone panicked and sold 3.5 mill at the opening bell @ 39.5c.
Legal action will certainly not benefit shareholders as it is a distraction for management, whose prime job must be to keep the coy in business. This would be the best return for all shareholders.
I think some shareholders have been conned by the legal beagles, but then, what's new about that!
