You could be right Baron. It was a huge amount to sell at the commencement of trade and it certainly sparked a sell off. But then it just could be panick selling by those who saw too much (IMHO) into the pending class action.

Does anyone know how long it takes before these actions actually come to court?

I am not worried about the action itself, but the amount of time management has to spend in defending the coy, time that can be better spent in running the business.
