This is the game of cat and mouse. When Iron was peak, ADY only produced 230,000 t of iron per year and most of the profit went to purchase the Rincon and Sodium business that was why it was not going any where. However, if it can make 1mt/y then it should be in the range 6-8c/s. At 1.3c/s it still cheaper than the new listed IPO. But again all depend on how iron market in 2010. No one can tell at this stage. We need to see how much cashes receive after the sale of Rincon.
