Seems to me there is a big player putting a volume ceiling on the share price around 70 - 72c in order to accumulate below these prices. In other words, they put plenty of shares on offer just above or at the offer price to force genuine sellers into their bid price.
Just wish I had deep pockets - I would go in and take out their false offers.
