Someone may want to ring MBP. I also suspect that the ASX will be on to them today.

This could be a way of spooking the market. The results were unlocked yesterday and by selling down sharply, investors assume that those with inside knowledge are selling. However I very much doubt whether the info is available outside a select group. It could also be a way of unsettling the market and buying up cheap. They only needed to dump a few hundred thousand to spook the market and create a mass sell off. Then buy up cheap and wait for the results.
