I didn't say that the latest results will be ok; I may think that but I wouldn't be able to say so in public.

I did say it was a unique drug and its action would be far more acceptable than those brain-controlled drugs with all types of side effects IMHO.

The FDA has Obesity on full radar because of the flow on effects -diseases- and tremendous costs to go with it.

In some cases if Phase II is succesful and the drug is unique -doesn't compete with other similar drug types, this one doesn't as far as I know- or the side effects are nil or minor, then the FDA may step in and expedite progress.

That can take several forms, the ultimate being where marketing starts immediately, while at the same time or somewhat later, Phase III can be completed.

Of course, I am not suggesting that MBP will be entitled to any goodies, the FDA gives away, but I am confident that the company will look into that, should the trial be successful.
