Gross debt is currently $163M. They can reduce it to much lower levels by using a combination of cash reserves, cash flow and asset sales. A combination of lower debt and reasonable cash flow will allow them to declare a dividend. The franking credit balance of $47.5M will be valuable to many investment funds. The board knows that. Capital management is currently one of the big focus points.
