I'm waiting too. If this drops any lower and starts to settle I am buying big.
Reasons why:
- Historic increase of land prices
- Historic increase of cattle prices
- Rise of the Chinese Middle Class (increase take up of quality meats)
- Increase of world-wide population means we need more food.
I know it is simplistic but really think about it. In the next 30 years there are expected to be 9.7 billion people on earth... where is the food and quality soil going to come from? Australia.
