mos has just lost it's place in the s&p300 which, for some, is important.
mos's farmouts are good housekeeping. it needs cash to explore and it's doing what it can to move forward on it's cash flows rather than dilute further. drilling for nothing is very costly. it doesn't take long to empty the purse. i believe mos is trying to balance it's cash flows with it's exploration expenditure. therefore the farm outs look good. if the find is poor them mos loses little. if the find is good them mos will benefit at once on the find and the prospect of more.
