A penny for your thoughts why you think CWT will hold up?
Personally I think it is one of the more well-managed REITs out there in a slightly non-mainstream property field and so far it has held up well.. but I can't see it going explosively north from here or even a realistic floor. If the market goes down, it goes down too.
I'll reserve further judgement until the dividend announcement in 10 days or so. Hopefully soon we should get a full-year prediction from them as well.
