Yes, I'm betting on there being a similar dividend to mar quarter. If so, this equates to 4.8 cents a year, with potential div increases again next year. low price/NTA suggests market have fully devalued vineyards to way less than book. I've done the numbers previously but for now I'm simply looking at a 4.8 cent dividend making a 48 cent share price provide a 10% yield. So if market holds at these levels, I expect 48 cents to be a realistic target.
Not many places you can get stable 10% yield anymore, but share price of 31.5 cents at the moment gives even more than that.
The state of the wine industry has now had 2 years to factor itself into share prices of companies like CWT.
