What triggered my panic has been festering for a while.
Market has been strong, momentum should have carried this over 30 cents in the last month but it just couldn't get over that level. Suddenly buyer numbers reduce and sell side increases, I've seen it too many times before having traded this stock for the last 10 years. This time, I wasn't going to be one of the holders who had a chance to take some profits but didn't (I usually am). I'll stock back up around 23-24 cents as the 17% dividend is very attractive at this price.
