Obviously the market was hoping for a more definitive statement on the BFS. Also, I think that people are very concerned about the construction issues mentioned in the release. Essentially the original site was unsatisfactory (voids in limestone units underlying a thick sequence of surface clays), and now they are proposing another site. They've tried to put a positive spin on it by saying that the new proposed plant site is closer to the pit, but there's no guarantee that this one will be any better. They'll have to sind more money into geotech drilling. Karst limestone is pretty unpredictable. If the tailings dam is to be constructed on karst, then it will have to be lined, otherwise there is going to be an environmental disaster.
