The SA sovereign risk has been around for a long time with JMS. I don't believe any major EFT is suddenly shifting for this reason alone

JUNO played out and rattled the cage allowing some with deep pockets to bag up on the discounted pricing
JUNO spin off is going ahead and I believe the next dividend is more than likely
