I confess I'm more than exausted I'm completly unhappy with this "new" team.

A share grow under 2 circunstances:

a) they discover new reserves and than the value grow

b) they create better result with more sales and/or less expense

At that stage the team is just showing hight incompetence to deliver anything.

Even "buy-back" is managed in such naif and shy way that the price drops even with small trades.

I'm positive if they don't act the last "buy back" will be to the Directors super fund (because nobody else will hold that share)

Common guys.. Begin work and deliver !!!
