I'm not what you'd call an 'economic rationalist' who delves into the entrails of algorithms, charts and analyst prognostications.
I'm an economic emotionalist - who spent 10 years in Western Australia (where the sky's the limit) and developed a mother's love for it.
To my wife's horror (she's an economic rationalist) I hold far more KIMs than she (and my Eastern States broker) considers prudent or rational.
Why did I fly in the face of reason and add to and hang on to my KIMs through thick and thin?
Because of my firm belief that the share market is a mechanism that was invented to transfer wealth from the impatient to the patient.
