I can sympathise with that position. I thought I had enough KIMs but increased by 50% last week at 50.5. (It's hard picking the bottom isn't it?) It is just too hard to pass up an opportunity like this.
I am a log term holder of this one and was looking forward to an eventual SP of $3 min and annual dividends of 20c/ share. So all this talk of a takeover is not good news for me, because I am unlikely to realise the full value of KIM and share the spoils of their success. Hopefully the Board will feel the same.
