1. It's a new IPO and therefore is not a well known stock
2. It's not in the S&P indices
3. It has low liquidity and this exacerbates the price movements. Nearly half the shares are held by one investor. You can see it in the bid/ask spread - often there is 3-4 cents in the spread, which is indicative of low liquidity
