Lack of commitment to its own projects?

It is good news for Stellar as they still have 25% but why oh why is Stellar almost giving away projects?

Renaissance Uranium Limited (ASX: RNU) is pleased to announce that the recently completed AEM survey over
graphite targets at its Cowell Prospect in the Eastern Eyre Peninsula of South Australia has identified multiple
zones of strong conductivity, including two target zones that Renaissance interprets as along-strike from Archer
Exploration Limited’s (ASX: AXE) Wilklow graphite prospect. The prospective graphite target zones are located
    within EL 3978.

Renaissance has a right to earn a 75% interest in EL 3978 pursuant to an agreement with a subsidiary of Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ).

The company has been on an upwards share trajectory in recent months with shares rising 105% to today’s intra-day high of A$0.082, up from a low of $0.04 at the end of July.

Renaissance recently acquired the rights to the historic Warrior uranium project in Central Gawler Craton of South Australia.

The Warrior project is an advanced project located in a region full of significant uranium occurrences.

As consideration, Renaissance will grant Hillment Pty Ltd – a subsidiary of Stellar Resources, a residual net smelter royalty of 1%.

The recently Warrior project which RNU picked up from SRZ lies immediately adjacent to MEU's large block of ground which hosts their new Durkin large scale copper and nickel prospect.A very fortuitous acquisition by RNU management.

    Background
The Cowell Prospect is located 15 kilometres northwest of the coastal town of Cowell in the Eastern Eyre
Peninsula of South Australia. The district has recently been the subject of significant exploration for graphite,
including exploration programs conducted by Archer Exploration on EL 4693, which is adjacent to Renaissance’s
EL 3978. See Figure 2. Of particular interest to Renaissance, Archer has reported high-grade graphite (39.25%
carbon) and flake size of up to 0.5 millimetres in length on its nearby Wilklow Prospect. See Archer’s Annual
    Report for the year-end 30 June 2012.

Why is another company doubling its share price on the back of Stellars projects?

Think it is time the company shows it is determined to stay independent for as long as possible and has full confidence in its remaining projects(including its world class tin project)by making a play for Gip's Stellar shares.

They may in the end lose out to Yunnan tin or someone else with deep pockets but at least it would show this company is serious about its future, which is likely to bring a higher shareprice to reflect that.
