Here I'm going to explain why shorters are all over SYA.

Firstly, shorters aren't the cause of the share price decline. No more than lions are the cause of weak gazelle being left behind the herd. Weakest stock in an under pressure sector, in a struggling economic environment.

Shorters also realize something that the herd (majortiy) cannot accept:

And that is that a very small percentage of companies on the ASX are ever successful. Perhaps only 1%.

So while the herd tries to identify that 1% company and are mostly wrong as we are seeing with SYA (39c to 8c), shorters take the other side of the bet and bet with a 99% probabilty that a company will fail. Quite a no brainer really.

Investing is just a game of probabilities and with companies like SYA, you're betting on a long shot but thinking that it's a sure thing.

Good luck to all. You're going to need a lot of it to beat the odds. And no...shareholder/director meetings, pleading to "ignore the negative posters" and ramping posts about takeovers will not help.....at all.

Hope is not a strategy. Nor is prayer.
