Half of me says that the only thing that is preventing this...

Half of me says that the only thing that is preventing this stock from taking off is a lack of news but the other half asks why the lack of news?

The retail recovery seems to be continuing yet this stock is back to significant lows. My calculations put it on a PE of around (conservative) 4.91 - (bullish) 2.5.

So far I am holding and I feel like I have a good feel for what this company is doing and the problems it has experienced but one has to wonder why they havent yet released anything to the market and why the market does not seem to agree with me.

Anyone care to put their two cents in?
