I know the difference from one Congo to the other. Now. When I got in after the 1st MOU I Wikipedia-ed and Googled the Congo and read up on them. The Republic Of Congo sounded the more stabile of the two. And then came all those posts about it all "the unstability" in African countries. Dont wanna get into it.
And then after questioning and consulting one of my mates who majored in Political Science at La Trobe Uni in Bundoora. He pretty much assured me that The Republic Of Congo was the more stabile out of the two.
I more than likely would not have bought in if SDL was in the other Congo.
Just look up Democratic Republic of the Congo on Wikipedia and see what kind of a history (recent) it has. And with all of its friendly neighbours (Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi and Angola)

So my last post was a political jab. Thats all.

At least I thought it was a harmless jab.
