It is unacceptable & hopefully forces suppliers to provide decent working conditions
sounds like a systemic problem & not uniquely ANN so I guess shouldn’t be a longer term negative unless conditions don’t change
I assume if compensation is due & or ANN is seen as liable in part through being complicit it’ll have a short term financial hit but left unaddressed could influence ESG mandates
Surely this will force management to be proactive in dealing with it properly & promptly
