On April 19th, BOC closed at $1.65.
Today it is trading at just $1.25.
If this mine is supposedly to reopen, then the market does not appear to be buying it.
Not too sure what is happening in the background, but whatever it is, it does not appear to be positive.
I know shares are tightly held, volume is low, sentiment can turn quickly, and therefore the share price has the potential to run up very quickly.
But will it? And when?
