The price is at a standstill (it is sad that this is so after the fall) because, everyone is waiting for an announcement either good or bad.
If the announcement is good (provides closer dates for announcement of interim results, ICS, progress of CANVAS, etc.) the SP will rise. If the announcement has noting new, the SP will fall further. I will buy more at 8 or 9 cents if there is hope for good outcomes at later dates.
The SP is not falling because the market knows that if the announcement is going the SP will quickly rise to the 20's or 30's.
