Looking at the announcement it seems that DML needs to either announce that the transaction documents are in place by the 30th May, or that it has further waivers to enable the Company and lenders time to execute the Transaction Documents. Else, its due for interest and principal repayments that it probably cant afford.
Its not surprising some are getting nervous at the moment.
