    Sure. I agree apples. Nonetheless, given that the consequences of not getting either a waiver or an agreement finalised will be severe - even if the probability is low.

    Hence, the sell-off.

    The fact that the end of May waiver has been kept in the agreement, suggests that the company is being kept on a tight rein. Perhaps it would have been better (at least for shareholders) for just the 11 July (Due Date) to apply and remove the uncertainty with respect to the Waiver date.

    We'll see what happens in the next few days - I'm hoping you're right apples
