why the sp is suppressed

With all the debate on the other thread I thought a change of scenery might help :-)

The SP is suppressed and there are many views why this is....

- Options
- Far too many shares on the register
- Manipulation
- Soph's getting out after their short term winfall
- Market sentiment

Whatever it is it is not happening just to TTE. Below is a chart of the All Ords versus the emerging companies index (XEC) for the last 2 years. This explains a lot. Like it or not money has flooded out of emerging companies and into blue chips (the ASX20 and XEC chart comparison is even more dramatic!!) in the last 6 months.....this is fact.

It doesn't really matter what the reason is as long as you are here for a decent amount of time (>12 months) to make money.

TTE management executed a strategy and they have done better than plan on that strategy and as long as they keep moving in the right direction it will only be time before someone takes notice.

They need to maintain a healthy balance sheet from here on and the SP will flourish with this.

If you are here for a quick buck then I think there are better options to play in the market....and probably a smart idea to move on :-)
