shares/options on issue isn't the problem IMO.
there has been dilution and that will take some time to churn thru.
when the co starts drilling AD follow up well you will see massive churn and speculators will be all over it.
in the mean time Ann's could hit at anytime re storage capacity,flow rate increases,corporate activity(broker coverage),co strategies etc.
usually the stock price will rise when least expected,let the loose hands sell and accumulators build there holdings.
