Why the SP lethargy

    Anybody know the reason for the SP lethargy lately? Is it purely because of the PLV issue?

    The operational reports from the company have all seemed positive . . . so surely the PLV damage has been over-emphasised and caused an oversold situation.

    Thoughts?
