Could be many reasons; Over all market sentiment, someone like to keep it down, someone waiting for further drill results, management lost some credibility, someone affraid of MDO dumping another 60M etc etc.
Investing is not about price to jump up in single day but its about understand company fundamentals, projects and medium-long term growth and SS has checked all the boxes.
Just big of patience needed.
