2. Oversold (likely)

3. Mining sector hammered, worst performing sector. Whereas this sector has performed the "best" out of a bad bunch. Mining sector is somewhat similar to biotech; high risk, high reward. I think there are people starting to park their money here. (likely)

4. Timing vs price - at 11 / 12c it's worth a "punt" based on the possibility of deals being signed by end of the year. (likely)

This is all in my enormously uneducated understanding of how this fickle market works, but it's my opinion.
