Yes changing culture does take time but is very effective when executed. A good Chair makes all the difference (not saying I am one but I am getting better at it). Getting a NFP working well is very satisfying - certainly worth more than $40k a year in directors fees from a 'for profit'.
Bouris was trying to run the AGM efficiently but the shareholders hijacked him - I suspect this year he might get all the admin out of the way first and let us all talk progress after the meeting has closed so he can slip out quietly.
