    The revenue increase will need to demonstrate substantial improvement or cash on hand, along with profit will begin to take a hit.

    They are at the crossroads imo.

    If Riyo/Spectrum do not deliver then the company becomes just becomes an excellent source of income for those on the payroll.

    Operating like a private company.
