I held this back when it was Epitan and the same thing is happening. They hold its head underwater until small investors lose heart, patience or both then after about 6 months they put a rocket under it.....many speccies the same.
I have made and lost money learning this lesson.
My 2 cents? Wait it out for a rebound to low 30s, then buy and hold. But be careful of the cashburn rate and considering the delays with regulatory approvals you don't want this to be another CMQ!
