Only thing I can think of is some of the instos holding thought the terms were way too generous. Maybe they believe it will be converted into equity in the future therefore reacting like an issue of stock. That usually results is an adverse reaction. Otherwise it was just profit taking as we all know this stock is prone to it coming off severely. Sell above $4 and buy back in at $3.50. Been going like clockwork for 12 months.
