Pete I also recently started looking into CWP and I like what I see. Sitting at around a 12-13 PE for this financial year it seems pretty undervalued still with the likes of income stocks/property trusts trading around PEs of 20. Even after the huge rise in SP the stock is still yielding 4% and is in the perfect position to benefit from a property market that is just starting to pick up. Definitely one for the medium to long term IMO and recent weakness has been a great entry opportunity.
